Founder and Chairman of Vingroup, Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong, transitions to CEO at VinFast. Simultaneously, Madame Le Thi Thu Thuy moves from CEO to Chairwoman of the Board.
In tandem with these changes, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Anh assumes the role of Chief Financial Officer. She succeeds Mr. David Mansfield.

New VinFast CEO more suited for the role
Mr. Pham Nhat Vuong is now directly overseeing global operations. The board considers him uniquely suited for the CEO role. His extensive experience includes founding and growing VinFast, leading Vingroup, Vietnam’s largest conglomerate, and earning a spot on Forbes’ list of the world’s richest individuals.
Madame Thuy, transitioning to Chairwoman, previously served as Managing Director and CEO since March 2022. Her journey with Vingroup began in 2008 as Chief Financial Officer.
Ms. Lan Anh, stepping into the CFO role, brings valuable operational knowledge from her previous role as Deputy CEO of Finance & Operations. Furthermore, she was previously CFO at VinES Energy Solution JSC.
