Nadia Omer Appointed CEO of airasia MOVE in Pivotal Transition
Airasia MOVE, previously known as airasia Superapp, has announced the appointment of Nadia Omer as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective from October 26, 2023. Nadia takes the reins from Mohamad Hafidz Mohd Fadzil. Mohamad Hafidz served as the acting CEO since April this year.
Nadia Omer brings a wealth of experience to her new role. She has a remarkable track record in category conversion, consumer habit change, and ecosystem value creation. Her professional journey spans from her early career at P&G to pivotal roles at Nestle and PepsiCo. Before joining airasia MOVE, she held the position of Chief Business Officer at Cars24, Southeast Asia.
Nadia holds a Master of Business Administration from the Lahore University of Management. She also possesses a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics, Statistics, and Economics. These credentials make her well-equipped for her role. Her mission is to lead airasia MOVE, transforming it into the preferred travel platform for the region.
