Traveloka aims at boosting Domestic Tourism through SingapoRediscovers Vouchers

Traveloka, Southeast Asia’s leading digital travel and lifestyle booking platform has been appointed by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) as one of the authorised booking partners for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers, to encourage Singaporeans in rediscovering or enjoying domestic destinations in Singapore. Traveloka provides a seamless booking experience and a wide variety of accommodations. The platform also offers diverse things-to-do options consisting of 100+ attractions & tours partners, with a selection of over 200 different popular attractions and other unique experiences across Singapore. Upon successfully redeeming the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers in Traveloka, users will also get additional Traveloka travel coupons. These coupons can be used for future hotels or attractions product purchase and are valid for the whole 2021 period. Traveloka is also expecting more merchants to come on board throughout December and beyond. These merchants will bring more exciting offerings for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers.

With Doctor Anywhere, users can access comprehensive healthcare protection while enjoying their holidays – from exclusive care kit sets, on-demand video consultations with licensed doctors, to home-based flu vaccination at special user rates. The memories of these holiday moments would also be turned into precious keepsakes, whether on a canvas print or photo book that users can redeem for free on the Photobook website, while also enjoying exclusive discount rates on curated products.

How to use the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers in Traveloka

Users can follow the below steps to redeem their SingapoRediscovers Vouchers in Traveloka:

  1. Open Traveloka’s latest version app or in desktop web, tap SingapoRediscovers Vouchers banner in the homepage.
  2. Click view all hotels, attractions, or tours to find all eligible merchants for SingapoRediscovers Vouchers.
  3. Choose the desired hotels, attractions and tours, then put required booking information details.
  4. After inputting booking details, users will arrive on the payment page where they can review the booking. Users can choose to add a coupon where a popup will prompt them to visit SingapoRediscovers Vouchers portal. They can get their voucher code by logging in using SingPass.
  5. Return to Traveloka’s platform to insert the voucher code and finalise the payment based on final price
  6. Get the e-voucher through email or in ‘My Booking’ section in Traveloka app.

By downloading the latest version of the app or visiting the website on desktop, Singapore Citizens can rediscover their desired hotel to stay, leisure attractions to see, local tours by operators that have been approved by the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) starting from December 1, 2020, until June 30, 2021.
